The headlines of 2021 is bewildering 😲
Less than a week into the new year we see disturbing images on TV on insurrection in US and out of control spikes of corona virus (yes this bug is till around!)

Nutrition – Start with One Healthy meal at a time (one step at a time)
I always meet up with a friend on 1st day of new year and have a vegetarian meal

We always feel it is a good start to the year by not eating meat
There is no need to make new year resolutions. Adopt good habits instead
Exercise – My routine is walking with weights at home or taking walks in neighbourhood with lovely views of nature
