I long for my simple breakfast right now


My normal breakfast is a very basic one consisting of


  • bran flakes – fibre, vitamins and minerals

  • kefir-(friendly bacteria), calcium

  • soya milk – plant based and low fat

  • coffee with a dash of milk – caffeine is my morning fix


I love my food to be served in pretty Chinese porcelain. The serving bowls and cups are rather small. This is my strategy to not over eat.


How can I eat such a breakfast daily ?


Easy! My brain has been conditioned to ignore the taste.


This breakfast will supply me with 25% of my daily requirements of vitamins and minerals

 
 

During this stay at home circuit breaker the people who are more stressed than others should do the follow to prevent depression

People with weak immune system and poor general health get more seriously ill


The virus multiples rapidly in the lungs and soon the patient will suffer from shortness of breath


Patients describe it as like drowning. It must be terrifying indeed


The virus is so contagious and no visitors are allowed. So can you imagine how sad it is that loved ones cannot be around to comfort? 😔
