A study shows that moderate activity of 150 minutes a week or more vigorous activity of 75 minutes may counter the serious health problems associated with poor sleep
The researchers of this observational study does not prescribe but recommend that people with inadequate quality sleep to adopt regular physical activity to counter the unhealthy outcome of poor sleep
